the speaking of the heart

only in the calmness of my inner soul
is my spirit able to hear that holy voice
that voice heard only
by an ear trained to listen to the silences
and within these moments of perfect stillness
i hear the speaking of the heart
and so
i must ensure my quest be guided by this heart felt thinking
